Our catering department is headed by Jennifer
 & Dan both have been with the company since its inception. Both specialize in  small and large events, and I am confident that you will find them comptent, helpful and courteous.
 
With a small fleet of five vehicles and three different " pits", we have the ability to handle
any and all of your catering need throughout Central Florida.
 
In the ten years since its opening, we have been  fortunate enough to win multiple Foodie, City Search, and Best of Orlando awards.
 
Our belief and commitment focuses on using only the highest quality ingredients and cooking on a daily basis to ensure all meats and side dishes are as fresh as possible
